Opening Hours

Bordeaux Passion Tours is open all year round, Monday to Sunday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

We can be reached by phone or e-mail during these time slots.

Outside these periods, and if we are unable to respond immediately, we will endeavor to respond to you within 48 hours.

Closing Hours

Bordeaux Passion Tours is closed:

– December 24 and 25

– January 1st

-The Gourmet tour

-The bike tour

Bordeaux Passion Tours offers guided tours in Bordeaux Center on foot or by bike. We offer products adapted to customers, with or without tasting of local products.

Languages spoken by the guide:

 Visits can be made in French or english. 

Numbers of persons per tour : 

– The Bordeaux walking tour : 1 to 10 persons.

-The Gourmet tour : 1 to 6 persons.

-The bike tour : 2 to 6 persons.

NB : We do not mix the groups, we only do private tours. 

Payments for our tours :

For individuals and groups, the reservation is validated upon exchange of e-mails and receipt of the deposit by bank transfer of 50% of the total amount of the visit. The deposit has to be paid at least 72 hours before the day of the tour for it be reserved.  The full payment can be made at the latest on the day of the visit, directly to the guide by bank transfer or cash.

For the bike tour tours, reservations must be made at least 72 hours before the day of the service, in order to guarantee the availability of the bikes by our partners. This tour is not available on Sundays and Mondays.


Acces to ancillary services : 

In the case where the guide offers visits with access to the monuments paying (museums, exhibitions) or additional services (tastings), a regulation on the spot can be requested, except prior regulation by the guide, in which case this amount will be included in the service paid via our regiondo platform.

Not included in benefits: Meals, personal expenses, all types of transport from your home to the place of visit, personal insurance.

Validations of reservations:

Your booking can only be validated after payment via our platform  for indviduels, and by exchange of e-mails with Bordeaux Passion Tours for groups. Telephone exchanges do not constitute a booking validation.

Postponements of dates or unavailability of the Guide

In case of unavailability of the guide, Bordeaux Passion Tours may not follow up on your request, and may suggest another date or schedule for your visit.

In case of exceptional circumstances leading to the cancellation or postponement of a visit by the guide, Bordeaux Passion Tours can offer you an alternative solution, a postponement of date or a full refund of the amount of the prepaid deposit.

Delays and deferrals of service provision

In case of delay, please contact us by phone, to inform our possible partners, and adapt the program to visit pre-established.

For groups: beyond thirty minutes of delay, Bordeaux Passion Tours may ask you to pay the entire service, or consider the service as due.

Bordeaux Passion Tours does not practice postponements, cancellations or refunds of visits in case of bad weather.

Bordeaux Passion Tours does not practice postponements, cancellations or refunds of visits in the event of last minute impediments of the customer (strike, illness, delay of more than 30mn not announced, etc.).

Specificities for bike tours: In case our partner  is unable to provide a sufficient number of bicycles for the ride, BORDEAUX PASSION TOURS is committed to offer the customer another rental agency, and another meeting place, in Bordeaux Centre. A full refund by BORDEAUX PASSION TOURS occurs in the case of total unavailability of bicycles for the service.

In the event of storms or weather conditions that are dangerous for cycling tours, the refund is granted if the cancellation of the tour is due to BORDEAUX PASSION TOURS. We promise to offer you another visit date, another walking visit service, or a refund.

Cancellation conditions for groups

Any request for cancellation for groups must be made expressly to us by email. No cancellation fee will be withheld from Bordeaux Passion Tours, if the customer cancels more than 3 days before the service.

Cancellation fees apply under the following conditions and are detailed as follows:

– Customer cancels 72h prior to visit date: 30% of fees withheld

– The customer cancels 24 hours before the date of the visit: 50% of fees withheld.

-Customer cancels on the day of the visit: 100% fee held.

Cancellation conditions for individuals:

Any request for cancellation for individuals must be expressly made to us by email at contact@bordeaux-passion-tours.com or via our contact form.  The full refund of the benefit is granted if the client cancels less than 48 hours before the start of the benefit, and apart from the reasons mentioned in our paragraph “delays and deferrals of benefits”.  The refund does not include bank charges and booking fees. 

Covid 19 crisis conditions:

Following the government measures taken in the fight against the Covid-19 epidemic, wearing a mask may be required, respect barrier gestures and a distance of 1m between individuals.

In case of legal issues:

In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the Consumer Code, we offer a consumer mediation system. The chosen mediation entity is: CNPM – CONSUMER MEDIATION.
