Place of treatment

The Data is processed at the Owner’s headquarters and in all other places where the parties responsible for the processing are located.

Shelf life

Personal Data is processed and stored as long as required for the purpose for which it was collected.

As a result:

  • The Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User must be kept until the full performance of the contract.
  • The Personal Data collected for the Owner’s legitimate interests must be retained for as long as necessary to achieve these purposes. The Owner may be entitled to retain Personal Data for a longer period of time each time the User has consented to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. In addition, the Owner may be required to keep Personal Data for longer periods whenever this is required for the performance of a legal obligation or on the order of an authority.

Once the retention period has expired, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, the right of access, the right of erasure, the right of rectification and the right to data portability cannot be applied after the expiry of the retention period.
